The Virginia 11th Congressional District Democratic Committee convenned May 19, 2012 to elect seven national delegates and one alternate and the Presidential Elector for the re-election of President Barack Obama. State-wide tickets include former Governor Tim Kaine for U.S. Senate, 2-term incumbent Rep. Gerry Connolly ( 11th district ), Rep. Jim Moran ( 8th district ). Three male national delegates from 11th congressional district include Vietnamese American Linh Hoang.
