FYI, Here is the information from Hoan Dang. One of the advantage is a lot of Vietnamese in Silver Spring but not all of them are living in District 19. One of problem is trying to convert Vietnamese American voters to switch party from Republican party for voting in Democrat primary while Democrat candidates are resigned or opt out this year re-election. Other problem is nothing official until seeing his name on the list of candidates in Montgomery county board of election or Maryland board of election.
