Why? His appointments of Asian Am. life-tenured federal judges
require Senate confirmation. Without a Senate majority, most of his
appointments (future & outstanding ones) will not be confirmed.
Why? His big increase in budget for enforcing EO 11246 for all of us
may not survive the Congressional cuts. When EO 11246 is fully enforced,
the number of Asian Am. managers/administrators in private industries

president who has actually acknowledged our rightful concerns and begun
to address them, and
2) Help 80-20 deliver the votes to Democrats (except those Republicans
who have always shared our concerns and apply to 80-20 to get its
