In this election, registered voters who reside in the city of Phoenix will decide ballot measures to amend City Charter provisions relating to the employee retirement system and security for public transit vehicles. This election is open to Phoenix registered voters who reside within the city of Phoenix at least 29 days before the election. As a reminder, the deadline to register to vote in this election is Monday, Feb. 11. Voters may cast an early ballot in person at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., 15th floor from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday beginning Thursday, Feb. 14 through Friday, March 8. Other early voting sites will open starting Saturday, Feb. 23. Those locations, dates and times are: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, Mesquite Branch Library, 4525 E. Devonshire Ave. Voted early ballots must be received by the City Clerk no later than 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 12 (Election Day). Accessible voting devices that permit voters with disabilities to vote independently will be available at all early voting sites.
