We think bringing together some of today’s cultural influencers that the youth demographic targeted adhere to. We think using Hip-hop’s biggest stars can engage younger voters and members in a way that traditional campaigns and efforts potentially miss the mark unless we are only focused on apolitical youth which is a small fraction compared to the age-eligible youth that can vote in which this demographic has a mass of. Having used their platforms to mobilize young people on several social issues throughout the year, we think a concert/rally with artists could be a dynamic unmatched to turn out the youth to early vote and ultimately vote on election day. 1199 SIEU 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East is the largest healthcare union in the United States.
